In My Mailbox #6

In My Mailbox is hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren.

I got one package in the mail this week, a spur of the moment cart fill up so I could get a good deal on a TV on DVD set (Gossip Girl season 1, I never watched the show since we didn't get the station when it started--the ironic thing is, I only read the first book and couldn't get into it, maybe if I tried it again I could now).

What did I get?

Here's what came in my literal mailbox:

Plus I got 4 Get Fuzzy books: Get Fuzzy 2 Fuzzy Logic, The Get Fuzzy Experience, Say Cheesy, and Scrum Bums. I am such a nerd. But I love it!

Here's what I got for my Nook:

Fateful by Cheri Schmidt (Fateful #1)
Never Say Never by Kelly Mooney
The Case Of Tangled Love by Jason Ancona (Covert Youth Agency #1)
Butterfly by Jodi Bullock
The Other Boy by Hailey Abbott
Unlovable by Sherri Gammon

Oh my goodness! I almost forgot about my trip to the library... I got a bunch of books there.

Tourist Trap by Emma Harrison
Chasing Brooklyn by Lisa Schroeder
Fallout by Ellen Hopkins (this one I am most excited about, I can't believe it's taken me so long to get my hands on it)
Charmed And Dangerous by Lisi Harrison (A Clique Prequel)
Lovesick by Jake Coburn
Forgive My Fins by Tera Lynn Childs
The Last Little Blue Envelope by Maureen Johnson
The Short Second Life Of Bree Tanner by Stephenie Meyer
Extraordinary by Nancy Werlin

I can't believe I almost forgot to tell about those! I need to wake up more before I post, lol. That or prepare it the night before when I'm awake.

It's been a good week! ^_^ What did everyone else get this week?

  1. I've been wanting to read Cracked Up To Be for awhile! I'm going to have to break down and get it sometime soon. Can't wait to see your thoughts on it.

Thanks for stopping by mine! I'm also now a follower!

  2. Wow...that is quite a library haul! I thought I was bad, but you must have needed a wheelbarrow to cart that lot home!

I absolutely loved Some Girls Are and Courtney Summers' writing, so I'm hoping to get my hands on a copy of Cracked Up To Be and/or Fall For Anything.

And I'm amazed and well jealous that your library had an available copy of The Last Little Blue Envelope - I very rarely manage to get such recently released books from mine!

  3. Cracked Up to Be was pretty good, but Tourist Trap was what I really enjoyed! (I own it now!) The Last Little Blue Envelope was really good too! A lot of the books you got are on my TBR list because they all look so good! You can check out my IMM too if you want! Here's the link:

  5. Amanda: I've seen the book for awhile and ended up snatching it up while it was a bargain book. It sounds like a good one.
TG: Usually my library doesn't have the newer books so readily unless you specifically request them ahead of time and get high up on the waiting list. All the books I got this week weren't even on the shelf last time I went. I think I got very lucky!
Jessica: Tourist Trap was a cute one. :)
Angel: Nice to meet you too! ;)
