That was a hard one to do. It's not easy to pick out two sentences. I felt it necessary to add that last one in.

ReplyDeleteI agree that it's difficult to choose two sentences only. Context is always so important and sometimes the teaser seems disconnected - I try to pick ones that are intriguing despite the lack of context.

Oooo! The pool of his eyes thing could have gone so dorky but that was awesome. I'll have to check this one out. Great choice for a teaser.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone! For some reason, my response from yesterday isn't here anymore... internet must have crashed when I posted it, oh well. The book is written in verse. :) And yes! Ominous is the perfect word for it.
