Teaser Tuesday #7

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

* Grab your current read
* Open to a random page
* Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
* BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
* Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser:

"But not as good as it felt to lay eyes on him. I gasped when I saw him, sucking enough air into my lungs to suffocate everyone else in the stadium."

~Second Helpings by Megan McCafferty

Ahhhhhh..... Marcus Flutie... Anyways, everyone please tease me!

~Jessica

  5. Thanks! This series is great. You get so engrossed in it because of how Jessica Darling is--one review put it almost perfectly--she's the anti-heroine. Not the typical girl, but someone that you can relate to, who expresses herself in very detailed and long run on sentences. I just love it. And the romance. ^_^
