My Thoughts:
Ah! More of Lily and Calder? Oh yes! I loved seeing them in this novella, it was a shorter story, but still just as good as the rest of the series.
Seeing them interact in one night, playing their little games again--I just can't get enough of Lily and Calder so everything was perfect. I was able to guess what was going to happen, but it didn't take away from the story for me in the slightest. I was pleased as punch to see the way it all came together in the end.
Sweet Victory was definitely a sweet victory for Ember Casey. She knew how to keep their story going just a little bit longer, enough so we didn't have to say goodbye yet, and not too much so as to frustrate us with unnecessary plotlines. So, it was awesome. The only thing I'm sad about is it's the last book of this series, but at least there will be more by Ember!
