Wedding hookups never amount to anything.

Those who partake in this wicked little activity know the rules. Get in. Get laid. Get out. There's no expectation of a relationship. It is what it is.

Dylan Sparks knows the rules. She’s familiar with the protocol. And she engages in the best sex of her life with a complete stranger at her ex-boyfriend’s wedding.

Reese Carroll doesn’t care about the rules. He wants more than just one night with Dylan. And he’s too addicting to pass up.

Sweet Addiction is the story of one girl’s struggle to keep things casual, and one boy’s desire to never let her go.

My Thoughts:

I snagged this one up at random after seeing a post about the book on a blog somewhere. I thought, why not, sounds sexy. Is it? Oh, quite. I liked this one very much.

For Dylan and Reese, it's lust at first sight. Then comes some misunderstandings along with a whole lot of back and forth trying to figure out what's going on. But, it intrigued me enough to keep going until pretty soon, I couldn't stop reading. I wanted to see if they could get past the errors and the assumptions. And then there was the passion between them--you couldn't deny it, and you enjoyed it, very much so.

Sweet Addiction was fairly addicting. I enjoyed the romance and I enjoyed the friendships that Dylan had. I'm intrigued enough by Dylan and Reese to see what J. Daniels in store for them in the second book, Sweet Possession.

My Rating:
