I really have been doing good lately when it comes to book purchases. I had two coupons from Barnes & Noble last month that I REALLY wanted to use, but guess what? I forgot to. Oops. *shrugs* Oh well! It's not like I NEEDED any books, I just WANTED a couple so I could get them at an additional discount. Oh, and the two writing books I got as gifts? I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THEY CAME FROM. All I could think was, "Dude, what giveaway did I enter that included these two books???" I still can't for the life of me figure it out. I tried to search my history and Google the book titles to see. Nothing. So... THANK YOU to whoever sent them to me. And forgive me for forgetting about your giveaway. I am actually super excited to look through both books, I've heard great things about them! ^_^
That was my awesome month of bookish goodness. How about you? Did you get anything good this week/month?
I totally have Stephen Kings On Writing because my husband is a crazy Stephen King nut but I've never read it. I know! What kind of writer am I?
ReplyDeleteGreat haul this week. I'll be interested to see what you think of Mind Games.
AH! You totally should pick it up. Maybe we could both get some good use out of it. :) I've been very curious about Mind Games.
Delete*points at Waiting for the Storm and squees really loud* <3
ReplyDeleteThe Robber Bride! Maybe we should try to read it together? We could have a read-along theme where we always read Robin Hood-esque books together lol.

DeleteHahaha! This is a possibility. I'm not sure when I'll be able to read it though, I have so many others I need to finish first. :P
A wonderful haul! I loved Waiting for the Storm & Mind Games was great.
ReplyDeleteHappy reading! :)
I loved WFTS too! Can't wait to check out Mind Games. Thanks! :D
DeleteMind Game sis one I still want to try despite the meh reviews I've seen on it. It sounds pretty cool. I also like the covers for that Suffocate series! Great haul, Jessica!
