The Latest With Me
I finished revisions on If Only We and sent it out to beta readers this week... so I am exceptionally nervous and hoping that they at least like the story. I'm also hoping for constructive criticism on my writing because I want to make sure that I learn from my mistakes and can fine tune my writing. As excited as I am to get the ball rolling on the road to publication, I'm feeling the anxiety build for it all. There's so much to do and so little time! While I'm waiting on my betas, I've been looking into the next steps: formatting and ISBNs. This weekend I'm going to work more on blog tour ideas. I also might start working on my next novel!
Hope you have a great weekend!!!
Lovely haul of books. So many great ones in there. I really like the cover for Foreplay. Come visit me as well.

The cover for Foreplay is great. Thanks for stopping by! :)
DeleteGood luck on "If Only We" -- the promotional process can be so overwhelming, but it pays off! And same with the beta readers. I had some for a book that I was querying to agents, and they really spotted a lot of things that I didn't, especially with world building (it was a fantasy). I can't wait to read your book :D
ReplyDeleteThanks! It is pretty overwhelming, but I know I'll be happy in the end. :) I'm glad to hear your betas were able to help so much. I'm hoping for the same with mind. I can't wait to share it with everyone! :D
DeleteI can't wait to start beta'ing IOW! I'm sure you'll get some fabulous feedback from all of us, chica. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks sweetie! *hug* I know I will. :)
