Don't miss a beat with the fourth and final novel in the USA Today bestselling Stage Dive series from Kylie Scott.

Positive. With two little lines on a pregnancy test, everything in Lizzy Rollins' ordinary life is about to change forever. And all because of one big mistake in Vegas with Ben Nicholson, the irresistibly sexy bass player for Stage Dive. So what if Ben's the only man she's ever met who can make her feel completely safe, cherished, and out of control with desire at the same time? Lizzy knows the gorgeous rock star isn't looking for anything more permanent than a good time, no matter how much she wishes differently.

Ben knows Lizzy is off limits. Completely and utterly. She's his best friend's little sister now, and no matter how hot the chemistry is between them, no matter how sweet and sexy she is, he's not going to go there. But when Ben is forced to keep the one girl he's always had a weakness for out of trouble in Sin City, he quickly learns that what happens in Vegas, doesn't always stay there. Now he and Lizzie are connected in the deepest way possible...but will it lead to a connection of the heart?

My Thoughts:

I've heard all sorts of fantastic things about Kylie Scott, and I've been wanting to read one of her books for awhile. This is the first opportunity I've had, so I was super excited to pick up Deep and see what all the hype was about.

The first fourth of the book made me wonder if I would enjoy the book much. Not that it wasn't good, or that it was bad per se, just that I was having difficulty wanting to get involved with these characters. I liked Lizzy, but Ben was another story. Usually it's the hero of the story that really makes the story for me (or at the very least makes me swoon, which boosts the book up substantially). I'm gonna be honest, Ben irked me.

But... then as we head into the middle of the story, everything changes--Ben changes. Not that Ben was ever a bad person, he was just not stepping up right away. When he did, the swooning started to happen, finally. He and Lizzy are in the middle of something big; becoming parents wasn't exactly on their agenda in life. They manage to slowly figure things out, not only for the baby, but with each other.

Deep was worth the hype that the Stage Dive series has. Ben and Lizzy are connected in a lot of ways, and I enjoyed watching them learn what they needed to head into the future together. And now, I'm very intrigued to find out where everyone else's love stories started.
