Ever since her former roommates deserted her, Meg has had to share an apartment with a lazy, obnoxious ass. He won’t pick up after himself, and he refuses to get a good job. Plus, he doesn’t always wear enough clothes—which is really a problem, because he’s hot.

Maybe he’s occasionally funny. And every now and then he can be sweet. But mostly he’s just annoying. It doesn’t matter how much he’s starting to flirt with her—Meg is going to resist. She’s way too smart to fall for a guy who never takes anything seriously.

But then everything changes in only one night...

My Thoughts:

First thing I thought when I finished this is that it's my favorite One Night novella so far. And that's saying a lot since I REALLY love the series. There are just times when you've gotta pick up a novella, and when you do, having an author like Noelle Adams around who provides those stories is great.

When Meg becomes roommates with East, she's seriously irritated with him. She has many reasons to be, and they're all valid in her head, but for some reason there's a draw between them they can't deny. Despite her belief that he's a player with all his nights away, she feels a pull toward him. Then one night, neither one of them can stand back in denial any longer, and it could very well be exactly what they both need.

One Night with her Roommate may be short, but it is full of heart. I loved the romance, the humor, and the depth. Meg and East have this connection, and you can feel it along with them. Cannot wait for the next installment in this series of novellas!

  1. Sounds very fun! I swear the guy on the cover looks like someone. ...I can't put my foot on it.

    1. Hmm... He does kinda look familiar, doesn't he? I'll have to think about that one.

  2. That's good to know. It's hard finding one that rocks a novella but you're right sometimes those are just needed :) Will keep this one in mind!
