Topic for this week:
Top Ten Authors Who Deserve More Recognition
Okay, I was going to write specifically why each author is so awesome, but I didn't have enough time to do that! So instead, I am going to just tell you guys, there's a good reason these authors are on this list. They all have the uncanny ability to draw you into the story, into the mind of the main character, cause you to feel like you ARE in the story. They each have an amazing talent to evoke emotions and have such elegant writing. I could go on forever, but I'm just going to leave it at that.

Yes to Louise Rozett and Kirsten Hubbard! And you are right about some of your other picks not getting enough face time because MANY are totally new to me. Thanks for putting them on my radar!

DeleteGah, I've been meaning to read a Hubbard book for awhile because I've heard good things.

YES, definitely, Kirsten Hubbard is awesome. :) And everyone SHOULD know about Marie's books. ;)
DeleteGreat picks! I haven't read a book by any of these authors. Thanks for bringing them to my attention. :B
ReplyDeleteHope you can check some of them out! :D
DeleteI love you times infinity for mentioning me in this post! You are the best. I hope you know just how much I appreciate how often you talk about my books and spread the word. You're such an amazing friend. <3
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with Kirsten Hubbard. I LOVED Wanderlove. I need to read her other one, too. I hadn't heard of Sonya Sones until Simon & Schuster sent me her upcoming release, and I've never heard of Janet Tashjian or Mariah Fredericks. You know I love discovering new authors, so I'll have to check them out! I haven't read books by any of the others but I have heard of them and have at least one of each of their books on my tbr.
Love YOU times infinity! :)
DeleteI need to read Like Mandarin soon, especially since I won it in a giveaway. Sonya Sones is definitely awesome, I am still jealous of you. ;)
